calccalorie (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates calccalorie.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the terms below. This calculator is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Starbucks Corporation.

We collect a few types of information. If you contact us through our form, we collect your name, email, and whatever you write in your message. We also collect some information automatically — your IP address, browser type, device details, and which pages you visit — mostly through cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics. When you use the calculator itself, your drink selections (size, milk, syrups, and so on) get processed to show you a result, but we don’t tie that data to your identity unless a future saved-order feature requires an account. We may also use third-party services, like Google Analytics or ad networks such as Google AdSense, which operate under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies. We don’t control how these third parties handle data, so it’s worth checking their policies directly if you want the full picture.

We use the information we collect to run and improve the site, respond to your messages, understand traffic patterns, and catch misuse. We don’t sell your personal information to anyone. Contact form messages are kept only as long as we need them to respond, and analytics data follows whatever retention rules the analytics provider sets. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain data collection, including cookies — just reach out and we’ll handle the request. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information; if you think we have, let us know and we’ll remove it. California residents have some additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what’s collected and to request deletion — contact us if you’d like to exercise those.

We may update this policy occasionally, and we’ll change the “Last updated” date above when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you’re fine with the revised version. Questions about any of this? Reach out through our [Contact page].
